Brad Pitt up for Favorite Movie Actor in People’s Choice Awards
The 2010 People’s Choice Awards are to be handed out LIVE at a ceremony on January 6 at the Nokia Theater, Los Angeles. Queen Latifah is to serve as host of the event. Fans can vote in 31 categories. It is always exciting to see Brad Pitt or/and Angelina Jolie get nominated for great awards! On November 10th, Brad Pitt was nominated for Best Movie Actor! Check out all the other nominees below…..

Jolie~Pitt’s Go Trick-Or-Treating
Family Time for the Jolie~Pitts! No better way to do it then to go trick-or-treating with the kids on Halloween night. And not just go trick-or-treating, but actually participate by mom and dad dressing up too! Gotta love it! If you are a fan that is!
And what did everyone wear?
Dressed in bright orange clad, Brad was DJ Lance Rock from the Nick Jr. show Yo Gabba Gabba! Angie was less colorful in her gray hair in a bun and fake blood on the side of her face.
Maddox, 8 years old, and Shiloh, 3 years old, dressed in camouflaged. No big surprise here, Maddox has often dressed in camouflage and if memory serves me right, he had a “military-like-style” birthday party years ago. As for Shiloh, she does seem to be quite the tom boy, so wanting to dress like big brother is a fit!
However, sweet girly girl Zahara, 4 years old, was more of a shock to me. She wore what appears to be a store-bought Batgirl costume. Really cute, of course, but I figured she would be wearing a princess gown of some kind.
Although there are no pictures, Pax, 5 years old, was also there, but twins Vivienne and Knox, 15 months, were not present.
Overall, I was impressed they got to go out like a regular family and enjoy the fun holiday!

Brad on his motorcycle (one of his favorites according to him) right before his accident in Los Angeles
Lots of rumors flying around last week about Brad Pitt getting into a bad motorcycle accident in Los Angeles. When the story first broke, you would have thought it was a disastrous situation comparing it to Princess Diana’s fateful car crash being chased by paparazzi. The story was that Brad Pitt was trying to escape the paparazzi on his motorcycle and either hit a car or a car hit him.
A couple hours later, the real story came out. He was trying to get away from paparrazzi, that part was true, however, not near as dramatic as first reported.
Brad tried to maneuver between a truck and parked car, bumped into the car, lost his balance, and crashed. (Actually, fell over.) Very good news that it wasn’t as dangerous as what was originally reported.
Crazy to think about what the Jolie~Pitt’s life is like when these things happen. It would have to be really scary for them to deal with this with their kids. That would be a whole different situation. One thing to have it be just you and a partner (an adult) of yours ”hunted”, but your children, that would be much more difficult. Those paparazzi are ruthless to get a picture of anything, that is obvious.
Recently, Brad went to Tokyo to promote his latest movie, “Inglourious Basterds and he said he is in the market for a new motorcycle. The actor said he trashed his favorite bike recently while trying to escape overzealous photographers.
“I had a little mishap,” he said. “No injuries, except my ego. I was trying to get away from some paparazzi and instead gave them a good story. It was my favorite bike, so that is really sad.” Brad, a well known motorcycle buff, said that he would be looking for a replacement while in Tokyo.
